How to get past the “success” box and “save’ after proving I am human?

I have successfully registered my new Microsoft 365 Personal product key, following its purchase with one year’s subscription and added the payment details for annual renewal, proved that I am human with the word “success” in the box but when clicking on save nothing happens.

Please can you help?

    Hello David Vinson

I am sorry to hear that you’re running into this after redeeming your Microsoft 365 Personal product key.

This can sometimes happen if the CAPTCHA or account verification page does not complete properly in the browser. Please try the following:

    1. Open the redemption/sign-in page in an InPrivate or Incognito window and try saving again.
    2. Temporarily turn off browser extensions such as ad blockers or privacy/security add-ons.
    3. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
    4. If you are using Edge or Chrome, try Firefox instead, as CAPTCHA pages may behave differently in another browser.
    5. If the CAPTCHA asks you to hold a button, try holding it down a little longer, up to around 20–30 seconds.

I hope one of these browser workarounds lets you complete the save step successfully.

Feel free reply back to this post if you need further assistance, I'll be happy to help.
