Hello Beth Church
if OneDrive on iPhone shows video uploads as paused even on Wi‑Fi, it is often related to one of these conditions:
The app cannot keep running in the background, the phone is in Low Power Mode or below 20% battery, the OneDrive account is out of storage, or the upload queue is struggling with large/pending video items.
Here is what you can do:
- Make sure the iPhone is charging, the battery is above 20%, and Low Power Mode is turned off.
- In iPhone Settings, confirm Background App Refresh is enabled for OneDrive.
- Open OneDrive and leave it running in the background instead of force-closing it. iOS camera upload may pause if the app is closed.
- Check that your Microsoft storage is not full, since new camera roll uploads will stop if there is no space left.
- In the OneDrive app, go to Profile > Settings > Account > Reset to refresh the upload state.
- If the videos are large or there are many pending items, try Bedtime Backup while connected to Wi‑Fi and power.
If it still pauses after that, reinstalling the OneDrive app is the next recommended step.
