There appears to be a noticeable slowness issue in Power Apps while using the SharePoint connector, especially in environments hosted in the Europe region. Since this morning, the application performance has degraded significantly, impacting the overall user experience. The app screens are taking longer than usual to load, and filtering SharePoint list data is responding very slowly. In some cases, users are experiencing delays while opening forms, submitting records, or navigating between screens.

The issue seems more prominent in operations involving large SharePoint lists, complex filters, multiple lookups, or concurrent data requests. Functions such as Filter, Search, LookUp, ClearCollect, and delegation-related queries are taking additional time to execute. This is affecting business processes where real-time data loading and quick response are critical.

    Dear @Abhishek Behera,

I completely understand how disruptive this slowdown can be, especially when your app relies on real-time SharePoint data.‌

From our checks, there is no officially declared global outage at this time, but these symptoms strongly indicate a backend latency issue rather than a problem with your app design or configuration.

However, since this may involve backend service latency, the next best step is to engage Microsoft directly so they can investigate your specific environment and confirm whether there is an ongoing service-side issue affecting your tenant.

I would recommend that you raise a support ticket with Microsoft Support for further investigation. For more information, please follow to this article: Get support for Microsoft 365 for business

In the meantime, since the issue you are facing is related to Microsoft Power Platform (specifically Power Apps), rather than Office 365 products. As this forum mainly focuses on Office 365 services, there may be limitations in the depth of support I can reliably provide for Power Platform-specific scenarios.

Therefore, to ensure that you receive the most accurate guidance, including recommended customizations and proven workarounds, I would strongly suggest posting your question on the Microsoft Power Platform Community. This forum is dedicated to Power Apps and related technologies, and it is actively monitored by product experts, engineers, and experienced community members. It is also a great place to learn from existing discussions and shared best practices.

You can access Microsoft Power Platform Community here: https://community.powerplatform.com/

Note: I truly apologize for redirecting you to a different community as the members of the posted category focus on users with Microsoft 365 concern and have limited knowledge about Power Automate, so to get a quick and better assistance, I redirect you in the correct way.

I appreciate your patience and understanding and thank you for your time and cooperation. If you have any further questions or any concerns, please feel free to reach out. I'm happy to assist further.
