Using Outlook for Android in educational settings for communication and organization
Hi @Andric, Dejana
Since you can successfully access your school email on both your PC and through the mobile browser, but the Outlook app only displays a blank white screen, this appears to be the Android sign‑in issue that some users have recently experienced.
Updating Android System WebView and Google Chrome has resolved this for many users. However, others have reported that even after updating both apps, the blank white page still continues, so you’re not alone in seeing this behavior.
Please try the following:
1.Remove the account
In your phone’s settings, remove the Microsoft/school account currently linked to the device.
2.Reboot your device
Power the phone off completely, then turn it back on. After rebooting, open Outlook and sign in again. This refreshes the Android web sign‑in components that Outlook depends on.
If the issue continues after these steps, please contact your school IT administrator. Since your account is managed by your school, they can open a support ticket through the Microsoft 365 admin center on your behalf.
Since we're not Microsoft support, this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators here don’t have backend access to Microsoft systems, so while we can share technical guidance, escalation must go through your school’s IT team.
In the meantime, you can continue using Outlook on the web or your PC Outlook client until a temporary fix is released.

I hope this helps clarify the current situation.
