Hi Teams, may you help me get rid of this:

I have no idea why it says that and I never changed my password. If it is from the IT department, may you please disable it? I really annoys during my class time. Can you schedule it only for early morning (1-8am) and afterschool (4-10pm)?

Thank you

    Hi @Vu, Agape

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Regarding that you receive error asking you to sign in again. I’d like to ask a quick questions to better understand your situation and assist you effectively:

    • Have you attempted to sign in again? If so, does the notification persist?
    • Does this issue affect other users within your organization, or is it limited to your account?
    • Could you please confirm whether this issue occurs at a specific time or appears randomly?

Teams may ask you to sign in again for security reasons. For example:

    • Your organization requires a specific network (for example, a VPN), and you are not connected.
    • Your organization detects a sign-in risk and asks you to verify your identity (for example, with your phone).
    • A password breach has occurred, and your organization requires you to change your password right away.
    • Your device does not meet your organization’s requirements, so you must verify your identity before you can continue.

Please note: As a forum moderator, I do not have backend access to your organization’s tenant and cannot modify user account settings. Such actions can only be performed by your organization’s IT administrator.

If you’re unsure who the Global Admin is within your organization, you can find guidance on locating them here: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support.

Thank you again for your time and understanding. While my initial response may not resolve the issue immediately, I’d like to gather more details about your situation so I can assist you more effectively.

I really appreciate your patience, and I’m here to help. Looking forward to your response.
