    Hi @Vinay Upadhyay

Thank you for reaching out and for sharing the details of your scenario. I’m glad to help clarify what’s going on here.

From what you’ve described, this behavior is actually expected. In many cases, apps like Vena 365 are categorized as SaaS solutions on Microsoft AppSource, which means they aren’t designed to be deployed directly from the Microsoft 365 admin center using the standard integrated apps method. The message you’re seeing is essentially indicating that the deployment needs to be initiated from the source where the app is hosted, rather than from within the admin portal itself.

This is by design, and Microsoft has also documented this behavior. You can read more about it here: Integrated Apps deployment from AppSource fails for SaaS category apps - Microsoft Support

To move forward, I would recommend finding the official installation link provided by Vena. A good starting point is the Vena 365 page on Microsoft AppSource or marketplace. From there, you can select the “Get it now” option and follow the installation flow hosted directly by the provider.

If you run into any issues during that process or need more specific guidance, it would also be helpful to reach out to Vena’s support team directly, as they can provide instructions tailored to their application: Contact Support | Vena Solutions

I hope this helps clarify the situation and offers some useful direction for your next steps. Thank you again for taking time and wishing you all the best.
