I am executor of an estate and family members have illegally deleted the deceased one drive files after his death. Need to get them back

Family members have deleted a large number of one drive files with authorisation. They need to be recovered if possible

    If you have access to the deceased person's Microsoft account, then try logging into their OneDrive online (https://onedrive.live.com/) in a web browser and check if the files can be recovered from the online Recycle bin.

    If you do not have access to the person's account, this forum is just a user to user forum, no-one here has any account access, and on the link below, Microsoft indicate it is basically a legal procedure that needs to be entered into to access an account of someone who has passed on.
