I upgraded my 365 Family account to premium, the amount was charged to my credit card, but my account did not change to Microsoft 365 Premium.

    Greetings!

This is Tin, seems you've already paid from MS Office 365 Family to MS Office Premium but it's not yet showing under your subscription. Please try to sign out and sign back in, go to https://account.microsoft.com/services

Please make sure that you're signing in the correct account. If the issue persists, it would be best to reach MS Accounts & Billing to check on this:

    Kindly open this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Please sign in your account with the subscription, then click Microsoft 365 then choose Get Home Support. After that, please type Chat with an agent then hit enter. Scroll down and choose Contact Support, then please select MS 365 and Office then under Category, choose Billing and Account Profile question then hit next. You will see the chat option there.

Once you're connected to the Live Agent, please let them know about your issue so they could check your account and address your concern.

    Thank you,

    Christine L
