    Hello

First make sure your MacOS version is meeting requirement.

If it is subscribed via Microsoft, you can install it this way:

    Please go to https://www.office.com

Sign into the Microsoft account you used for the subscription. Click on Apps on the left.

Then on the upper right, click on "Install apps". This will now download the installer file. Once downloaded, click on the file to install. It will install the Desktop version of the apps for you then.

If it is subscribed via Apple, you need to install them via Apple's App Store instead.

Microsoft 365 subscriptions allow installation on multiple devices, including a second laptop such as a MacBook Pro. To install on the MacBook Pro, use the same account that the subscription is associated with.

Follow these steps on the MacBook Pro:

    1. Open a browser and go to https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps.
    2. Select Sign in and sign in with the Microsoft account (or work or school account) that has the Microsoft 365 subscription.
    3. After signing in with a Microsoft account, on the Microsoft 365 Apps page select Install apps to start the download.
    4. When the download finishes, open Finder > Downloads and double-click the Microsoft Office installer.pkg file.
    5. On the first installation screen, select Continue.
    6. Review the software license agreement and select Continue, then select Agree.
    7. Choose how to install Microsoft 365 and select Continue.
    8. Review disk space or change the install location if needed, then select Install.
    9. Enter the Mac login password when prompted, then select Install Software.
    10. When installation completes, select Close.
    11. Open one of the apps (for example, Word) and sign in with the same Microsoft 365 account if prompted, to activate.

If there is no option to install after signing in with a work or school account, go to the Microsoft 365 Software page as described in the FAQ and check that a license is assigned.

For Microsoft 365 subscriptions, apps can be installed on all devices and signed in on up to five at the same time.
