Are you guys crooks?

Is your business model just to steal peoples money and not give them the product they purchased? Your install software says it is for office 2024 but it installs the office 365, which requires you to purchase a yearly subscription service. It will not allow you to do anything different. I have run your unistall programs multiple times, I have gone through with a finetoothed comb on everything in my mac and deleated everything related to microsoft (one drive, office, 365, anything else I could find by hand and shutdown and restarted then tried re installing again, only to have the samething happen again. so I Ask again are you all just scamming us? Are you just crooks? refusing to give us what we rightfully purchased?

    I purchased direct from Apple in my products purchase on Microsoft account page it says "Office Home 2024" but have tried installing it multiple times and still no help. I purchased "expert assistance" from microsoft's website second party assistance(justanswers.com) and did all they said to do still to no avail. I have spent 4 hours this time around and failed to get it resolved.
