I am currently trying to apply for a job and I need to access my resume through Microsoft 365, although I made the payment last February and it went through.
I am un able to even access my documents because I need to activate the subscription. Everything was working before and I'm not sure if an update messed everything up or what. I am unable to even see the subscription I paid for on my account. Money was sent through my account but the subscription got lost.

I saw that you picked MacOS as the question category. Can you clarify, was the subscription obtained via Apple App Store, or via Microsoft directly?
It was obtained through the Apple Automatic renewal. Originally purchased through Microsoft.
hmm.. it doesn't work that way though. If it was purchased via Microsoft, there's no way you can renew via Apple, or vice versa.
Can you go to your Microsoft account online https://account.live.com > Subscriptions, do you see your subscription listed there at all?
Yes I have checked and there are no subscriptions. But receipt on Apple for the purchase. I will dispute the purchase for a full refund.
Yeah, that confirmed that the subscription wasn't managed by Microsoft.

I think you could dispute directly with Apple.
