Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Are you experiencing this issue on the OneNote app on your Windows PC?

If you're stuck in a sign-in loop, here's what you can do:

Open any Office apps such as Word or Excel, then go to File > Accounts > Sign out.

Then, sign in with your Microsoft account again.

If you are still having issues,

    2

    Remove Office Credentials.

    Open the Control Panel.

Select User account > Credential Manager > Windows Credentials.

    Remove the Microsoft Office-related credentials.

Select each credential and click "Remove".

Restart your PC, then open OneNote and sign in with your Microsoft account.

    3

    Repair Office applications.

Go to Start > Settings > Apps > Installed Apps.

Locate Microsoft Office in the list, select Modify > Online Repair > Repair.

Once the Office installation is complete, open OneNote and try signing in with your account.

Let me know if you still need more help.
