If your accounts are using Microsoft 365 business subscriptions with Exchange Online licenses, you may also consider creating a new support request through the Microsoft 365 admin center to reconnect with the support team:
-In the bottom‑left corner, select Help & Support to open the Support Assistance panel.
-In the text box, type “request an agent to contact me via email or phone” and press Enter.
-At the bottom‑left of the panel, select the blue Contact Support link.
-Choose your preferred contact method (Email or Phone).
-Complete the contact form and describe your situation in detail so the support team has enough information to assist you.
-Select Contact me to submit the request.
