I have 2 licenses for 365 exchange

i have 2 email accounts with 365 Exchnage subscriptions, Both work fine on my PC which is running Windows 10. They are not running, but not correctly, on my MacBook Pro. I need help with the MacBook Pro subscriptions. Got disconnected from a help call this morning. Case # [Moderator note: personal info removed]

    I understand how inconvenient this situation must be, especially after being disconnected from the support call earlier. 

    Just to clarify, we are not Microsoft Support. This is a user-to-user community forum, so moderators do not have backend access to review or update support tickets directly. Since you already have an existing support case, please allow some additional time for the support team to continue assisting you. 

    If your accounts are using Microsoft 365 business subscriptions with Exchange Online licenses, you may also consider creating a new support request through the Microsoft 365 admin center to reconnect with the support team:

    -In the bottom‑left corner, select Help & Support to open the Support Assistance panel.  

    -In the text box, type “request an agent to contact me via email or phone” and press Enter.  

    -At the bottom‑left of the panel, select the blue Contact Support link.  

    -Choose your preferred contact method (Email or Phone).  

    -Complete the contact form and describe your situation in detail so the support team has enough information to assist you.  

    -Select Contact me to submit the request.

    In the meantime, to help better understand the issue and see whether we may be able to provide additional guidance, could you please share a few more details: 

    • Are you using Outlook for Mac or Apple Mail? 
    • Do you see any error messages or prompts? 
    • Is the issue affecting both accounts in the same way?
