I cannot see files for a OneDrive account not connected to a pc. I can log into the Microsoft account https://account.microsoft.com/?refd=account.microsoft.com and see the home account page. If I click the OneDrive link, I get a 503 service unavailable

I've tried multiple browsers, cleared cache, rebooted a ton, and multiple fixes with a Copilot chat assist. The account(s) I'm attempting to access are all personal accounts. I can get to the account home pages not the files. Trying to create a support ticket fails

Many users have reported running into this issue. It seems to happen when multiple different accounts are used to sign in to OneDrive or Microsoft services in the same browser session. For example, this can occur if one account is signed in to Edge, while another account is also signed in through a different Edge tab or an InPrivate window.

To avoid this, try keeping each account in a separate browser. For example, use Edge for one account and Google Chrome for another. This helps prevent account session conflicts and may stop the error from appearing.

A 503 Service Unavailable error when opening OneDrive in a browser is a service-side issue and not related to the local PC connection. The account itself is accessible (since the Microsoft account home page opens), so the problem is specific to the OneDrive web service endpoint.

Because the OneDrive web UI is unavailable, access to files can be done temporarily via the OneDrive mobile app if installed, as noted for other OneDrive issues. If the issue persists, it is necessary to contact Microsoft support so the service side can be checked for that account/region.

    To proceed:

    1. Confirm that other Microsoft services (such as the Microsoft account dashboard) still work, which indicates the account is valid.
    2. Try accessing OneDrive from a different network or device to rule out local connectivity or firewall issues.
    3. If the error continues, go to Contact Microsoft Support from the OneDrive help pages and open a support request so the 503 error can be investigated.
