Can't transfer One Note into my new account

I also noticed you posted this under Android, to help narrow down the issue:

1. What exact error code or message do you see in OneNote?
2. Are both accounts personal Microsoft accounts or is one a work/school account?
3. Are you trying to transfer notebooks from the old account to the new one, or just sign in and sync?
4. Does the issue happen only on your Android device, or also on OneNote web or PC?

In the meantime, if you haven’t already, please try to completely uninstalling all Office/Microsoft 365 apps on the Android device, then reinstalling them before signing back in with the licensed account:

• Remove both accounts from OneNote and other Office apps
• Uninstall all Microsoft 365/Office apps
• Restart the Android device
• Reinstall OneNote from the Play Store
• Sign in first with only the licensed account

If it works on the web but not on Android, it may point more to an app cache/token issue on the device.

I have licenses for both accounts. I need remote assistance as I have tried with Dell Pro Support assist and they state that it is a Microsoft issue.
