How to share or create a large contact list without manually adding each address?

I truly appreciate your openness, understanding of the limitations, and how clearly you expressed your concerns. 

In Outlook on the web and New Outlook, you can only import or export contacts saved in "Your contacts", so contacts that exist only within a contact list cannot be exported and the option will appear greyed out.

However, you may consider this workaround:

• Prepare contacts for export 

To make your contact list exportable, the contacts need to exist in the "Your contacts" folder first. 

Go to People in Outlook on the web > Open Contact lists. 

For each member in the list, ensure they are also saved in Your contacts. 

If a contact exists only in the list, open it and save it to your contacts. 

Once all contacts are available in "Your contacts", proceed with export. 

• Export contacts to CSV file 

In People, select the Your contacts folder > Select Export contacts > Confirm export. 

This will generate a CSV file that can be opened in Excel and reused anytime. 

You can share this file with others for easy contact import, allowing them to add all contacts at once and reuse the same file in the future without rebuilding the list. 

• Recommendation for future management 

To make this process easier going forward: 

• First, always save new contacts in "Your contacts"
• Then, you can add them to any contact list you prefer.

As a result, your contact data will always be exportable, and you will be able to update and share the latest version with just one export.
