A Microsoft file hosting and synchronization service.
To continue getting help with a missing OneDrive account after a disconnected call, use one of these supported contact methods:
- On a Windows PC, open the Get Help app:
- Select Start and search for Get Help.
- Describe the OneDrive issue (for example, “missing OneDrive account”).
- If the suggested solutions do not resolve it, select Contact Support.
- Choose the affected product/service and follow the prompts.
- At the end, choose either Chat with a support agent in your web browser or Provide your phone number and a support agent will call you to reach a live person again.
- Use online Microsoft support:
- Go to Contact Microsoft Support and enter the OneDrive problem, then select Get Help.
- If still unresolved, select Contact Support to be routed to the best option (chat or call-back) for OneDrive and account issues.
- If the issue is related to billing (for example, paid storage not appearing), use the Account & Billing Help entry point from the OneDrive articles, which can also route to support agents for subscription and storage problems.
- If signed in with a Microsoft personal account on Windows, the Get Help app can also run troubleshooters that may detect and fix common account or OneDrive issues before or while waiting to reconnect with an agent.
If the problem is specifically that OneDrive storage or an account is visible online but not on the device, mention that clearly to the agent so they can check whether it is a cloud-storage vs. local-device issue.
