Hello Admin,

I have an account named [Moderator note: personal info removed] @zbkjq.onmicrosoft.com. I reset my phone, so the Authenticator app is not receiving the login code for this account. Following the instructions at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/5788125/xin-h-y-reset-l-i-mfa-c-a-t-i-kho-n-microsoft-deve?page=1#answer-12615357, I request that the admin verify that I am the owner of the account and reset my MFA so that I can use my locked [Moderator note: personal info removed] @zbkjq.onmicrosoft.com account again. Please provide specific instructions as I do not speak English.

    Hi @Tuyn Duong Van

I understand you need to regain access to your Developer Program admin account.

Have you tried calling the support team via Customer service phone numbers - Microsoft Support? Try calling the phone number of your country so you can use your native language. It is advisable to call during business time (9am- 6pm) to receive fastest support.

If you cannot contact via phone number, the only option left is to create a trial tenant. With that trial tenant, you will open a support ticket via Admin Center. The agent will be able to create a ticket for you under the affected tenant and then transfer this ticket to Data Protection team who could help you to regain access.

There are two ways of contact methods, by phone or by email. You can choose which one is more convenient for you.

Please mention that you are raising ticket on behalf of the affected tenant that you do not have access to. The support team will help you to create ticket on the affected tenant then later on the Microsoft Data Protection team will assist you.

Note: This process will take more time than usual (7-14 working days) for your account to get access again as Data Protection is always overwhelmed with the number of tickets. As I am forum moderator, I do not have access to Microsoft internal system to assist or push this process to be quicker.

On the other hand, if you do create the trial and it resolves the issue, please remember to cancel the subscription afterward to avoid any related charges.

I hope my information is helpful. Please give me any updates once you get this resolved.
