How can I get an actual customer support person to speak to?

I'm paying for a Business Basic subscription with two licenses for 5 months now and I can't use or write a basic report using windows or excel without from my personal laptop or Mac. None of the apps can be dowloaded either. I want my Monet back if this issue cannot be resolved.

    Microsoft 365 Business basic does not include the Office desktop apps. It is online access, only. See https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/business/microsoft-365-business-basic .

    I believe you have to cancel your Basic subscription and get some other suitable product.
