To view the score for the AI Business Professional certification exam (Exam AB-730):

1. Sign in to Microsoft Learn using the same personal Microsoft account that was used to schedule and take the exam: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/credentials?tab=credentials-tab
2. Open the profile menu and select Credentials, then select Certifications.
3. Scroll to the Past exams section and locate the AI Business Professional (AB-730) exam.
4. Select View details on provider site to open the Pearson VUE dashboard.
5. In the Pearson VUE dashboard, find the exam and select View to open the score report.

The score report shows the numeric score, pass/fail status, and a bar chart of performance by skill area.

If the exam was recently completed, allow up to 24 hours for the score to appear in the Learn profile. For beta versions of the exam, results are only released after the beta period ends and the exam goes live.
