AADSTS5000225 Tenant blocked due to inactivity, unable to open https://portal.azure.com/ or https://entra.microsoft.com/ and many others

I’m unable to access the Microsoft Entra/Azure portal with my Microsoft account because sign-in always redirects to a blocked inactive tenant.

Error:

interaction_required: AADSTS5000225: This tenant has been blocked due to inactivity. To learn more about tenant lifecycle policies, see https://aka.ms/TenantLifecycle 

What I tried:

• Signed out via Microsoft logout
• Closed browser windows
• Tried private/incognito mode
• Tried opening both https://entra.microsoft.com/ and https://portal.azure.com/
• Tried direct tenant creation links

Result:

Every attempt routes me back to the same sign-in failure page before I can access the portal, switch directories, create a new tenant, or register an app.
