Domain locked to inaccessible Microsoft 365 tenant — need domain released

My domain xxxxxx is locked to a Microsoft 365 tenant (xxxxx.onmicrosoft.com) that failed to provision. The tenant was created today but never fully provisioned — the admin center shows no users, all API calls fail, and no credentials work to sign in. I cannot access this tenant in any way to remove the domain myself. I need xxxxx released so I can add it to my working tenant xxxxx.onmicrosoft.com. I have already added a TXT verification record to xxxxxxx in GoDaddy DNS to prove domain ownership. Order number for the broken tenant: xxxxxxxxx. Please escalate to the Domain Ownership / Tenant Release team.
