For Cloud Skills Challenges and Learn Challenges, progress and scores can lag behind actual module and assessment completion.
Try the following steps in order:
- Confirm completion status
- Go to the challenge collection on Microsoft Learn while signed in with the same account used to complete the modules.
- Verify that each module and assessment in the “Migrate & Modernize Challenge” collection shows as completed.
- If any item is not marked complete, open it and step through the final unit again, then wait a few minutes and refresh.
- Allow for refresh delay
- The challenge “where you stand” and leaderboard views can take a few hours to refresh after content is completed. Wait some time and refresh the challenge page again.
- Check profile and badges
- Open the Microsoft Learn profile challenges view at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/users/me/challenges and confirm that the challenge and its modules appear as completed there.
- If the challenge is marked complete in the profile but not on the challenge page, it is likely a sync/refresh delay on the challenge view.
- Basic troubleshooting
- Ensure being signed in when viewing and completing modules.
- Try a different browser or a private/incognito window.
- Clear browser cache/cookies and sign in again.
- If the issue persists
- If the challenge still does not reflect progress after several hours and basic troubleshooting, use the “Report feedback for training” link at the bottom of a unit in one of the challenge modules to report the issue, including:
- Challenge name (“Migrate & Modernize Challenge”).
- Description that all modules and assessments are completed but the score is not updating.
- Screenshots of the challenge page and your Learn profile challenge view.
- If the challenge still does not reflect progress after several hours and basic troubleshooting, use the “Report feedback for training” link at the bottom of a unit in one of the challenge modules to report the issue, including:
For Cloud Skills Challenge–specific issues, if the challenge page provides a support email alias, contact that alias with the challenge URL and Learn username as suggested in the troubleshooting guidance.
