Global Admin locked out — no support available after weeks trying to contact Microsoft

I’m not even sure this is the right place, but after weeks of trying to reach Microsoft through every official channel, this is literally the only communication path left.

I am the Global Administrator of the tenant aiqlim.com, and I have been completely locked out due to a broken MFA method. Because of Microsoft’s own system design, I cannot access any portal, any support page, or any ticket form — everything requires MFA, which is exactly what I cannot use.

I need immediate assistance with a Global Admin Account Recovery, using domain ownership verification (TXT record). This is the only recovery method available for a locked-out Global Admin, and I am ready to add any TXT record to the DNS of aiqlim.com immediately.

Please escalate this to the Admin Recovery team without redirecting me to portals I cannot access.

I expect a response and a resolution. This has already taken far too long.

    Hi,

    Ideally you should have another account as a backup in case the primary account have issues, it is known as breakfix account. However in this instance if you are the only admin of the tenant the only way to recover is to call up global numbers and provide the ownership and identity proof of the tenant that you own it.

    In this case you need to call up the support desk and provide the identity proof as the Data Identification team will cross check the details you provide with the account
