I HAVE LOST MASSIVA MOUNT OF DATE FROM ONEDRIVE. I NEED TO RECOVER IT ASAP

HI,

I have just noticed that a large amount of information have been lost from ONEDRIVE. I have trying to log in but I find error message 504/503, I am panicking because it would be a great lost for my career. Can someone help, please?

    Hey @juan lopez You can Recover the Items from Recycle bin within 30 days. if they were deleted from the Recycle Bin, You can Check and Recover them from secondary Storage recycle Bin with in 30 days.

    I understand how inconvenient it can be when you are unable to access your OneDrive, especially when it directly impacts your daily workflow. 

    Please note that this is a user-to-user support forum. Moderators, contributors including external Microsoft employees cannot directly intervene in Microsoft product features or access back-end systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported issues, requests, or ideas.  

    If you are using a Microsoft 365 business account, the most effective step at this time is to reach out to your organization’s admin. They can check your account status and environment in more detail, and provide support that is specific and aligned with your setup.

    In the meantime, it would be helpful to check whether OneDrive is still accessible via the web. This can help narrow down whether the behavior is related to the app or to the account itself.
