If you are using a Microsoft 365 business account, the most effective step at this time is to reach out to your organization’s admin. They can check your account status and environment in more detail, and provide support that is specific and aligned with your setup.

In the meantime, it would be helpful to check whether OneDrive is still accessible via the web. This can help narrow down whether the behavior is related to the app or to the account itself.
