Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
Hi @Hamayil Aliyeva,
I hope you’re having a great day. Thank you for reaching out and I really appreciate you taking the time to double-check your details so everything is accurate.
Here are my recommendations, please try steps below:
1/ Verify your Microsoft Learn Username (and update it if needed)
Microsoft Learn allows you to view and update your Learn Username from your profile settings.
Please follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Microsoft Learn using the same Microsoft account (email) you used to register for the Student Ambassadors program. (If you sign in with a different account, the username shown in Learn settings may not match what you entered during registration.)
- Click the profile icon in the top-right corner > Settings.
-
- Look for the section “Personal info, username and URL” (or similar).
- Confirm the username shown matches.
- If it’s different and editing is available, update it and save the changes.
-

2/ If your Learn Username is correct, but the registration form may have captured it incorrectly
If your Learn profile shows the correct username, but you believe the Student Ambassadors registration form was submitted with the wrong one, the best next step is to contact Microsoft Support to request an update to your registration submission.
You may choose one of the options below depending on your type of account:
Option 1: If you’re using a work or school account provided by your school
Please reach out to your school’s IT/Help Desk and ask them to open a support ticket with Microsoft Support through the Microsoft Admin Center so your account/registration details can be reviewed.
In case you do not know who is your IT admin, kindly refer to this article: How do I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support
Option 2: Otherwise, if you’re using a personal Microsoft account (e.g., Outlook.com/Hotmail.com or a personal sign-in)
You can contact Microsoft Support directly via the Contact Us - Microsoft Support page to get help.
Enter Office or your issue in general in the box below "We're here for you" then click "Get Help"
Scroll down and click on Contact Support then log in to your personal Microsoft account
Also, please check the email you received after registration, the program typically sends next steps and sometimes includes help/support details there.
