How do I disable the new pop-up action confirmation that began appearing in SharePoint a few weeks ago?

These pop ups are not useful at all. They are unnecessary, annoying and disrupt logical work flow.

How do I MAKE IT STOP?

    I completely understand how inconvenient these additional prompts can be, especially when they interrupt a smooth and familiar workflow. Changes like this, even when intended to improve usability or prevent accidental actions, can feel disruptive and slow down daily work. 

    Currently, SharePoint doesn't provide any end-user or library level setting to disable these action confirmation pop ups.
