Unable to verify a custom domain

I am trying to add my own domain in Entra ID, but the verification fails and only shows a generic message without any useful information to help resolve the issue. I tried registering with both TXT and MX records. I have already checked propagation using nslookup and verification sites.

Hello Whoks , Based on your description, it seems that you are unable to verify your custom domain in your Entra ID tenant, even after correctly adding the TXT records in your domain provider side.

Also, I tried to follow the steps from the video on this page, but it is impossible to log into my account.

According to the video, it is possible that someone—or even myself—may have created an "unmanaged account" simply by logging into some random Microsoft service with an email from my domain (viral tenant). If it is so simple to create this viral tenant, why isn’t there an equally simple way for me to prove that I own my domain and remove or override all these viral tenants?
