Serious Support: Microsoft/Minecraft Account Hacked and Deleted – No Response for 7+ Days

In April my account was hacked and after a few hours it was deleted, meaning the email I used to log in to the account was listed as not existing. I created a new account, maybe then Minecraft deleted the account and let me create a new account and get everything back, but no, the account was deleted. There were games and things bought with money in the account. I have all the proof that it was my account, but the support of Minecraft/Xbox/Minecraft doesn't help no matter what. I have already submitted forms to recover the account and unlock it.

They said they would get back to me after a week, and it's been more than a week, and all the requests "no one answers them."

I'm sure someone from support will now be converted here in the chat to "talk to this person" or "fill out this form," and I still won't get my account back.

I'm exhausted.

The account is locked.

No one is helping.

I would be happy for someone serious who has access to unlock the account who can help me.

For a hacked and then deleted Microsoft account with Minecraft/Xbox purchases, only the documented self-service recovery paths are available; no forum, Q&A, or community responder has the ability to unlock or restore the account from the backend.

Key points based on the documented behavior:

    1. Use the official hacked/compromised account flow
      • The only supported path for a hacked Microsoft account is the official guide: How to recover a hacked or compromised Microsoft account.
      • That flow uses a sign-in helper tool which, based on the email/phone entered, either shows self-help options or offers a way to talk to an agent.
    2. If the account no longer exists or security info was changed
      • When a hacker changes the security info (email/phone) or the account is effectively removed, the only verification path is the account recovery form.
      • If the recovery form cannot verify ownership, or the system reports that the account does not exist and does not allow proceeding, there is no alternate internal/manual override. Multiple Q&A answers confirm that if the account recovery web form fails and security info has been replaced, the account is considered unrecoverable and Microsoft Support cannot restore it.
    3. Account recovery form behavior and limits
      • After submitting the Microsoft account recovery form, results are sent to the working contact email within 24 hours. If verification fails, it is allowed to retry up to two times per day.
      • If a recovery request is not granted, guidance is to review the instructions for filling out the form carefully and try again, providing as much accurate historical information as possible. However, if repeated attempts fail, there is no escalation path that can bypass the automated verification.
    4. When recovery remains unsuccessful
      • Documentation explicitly states that if the account recovery form is unsuccessful, the account cannot be recovered, and support agents are not allowed to send password reset links or change account details.
      • Several moderator answers reiterate that for hacked accounts where the security info has been replaced and the web form does not succeed, there is no other working method to recover the Microsoft account.
    5. Minecraft-specific aspect
      • For Minecraft entitlements tied to that Microsoft account, Q&A guidance indicates there is no guarantee they can be recovered if the Microsoft account itself cannot be restored.
      • In similar cases, users are advised to contact Minecraft Support separately to see if any alternative options exist for the game account, but this does not change the Microsoft account recovery rules.

Given this, there is no channel where someone “with access to unlock the account” can manually intervene outside of the documented hacked-account flow and the account recovery form. If those processes have been followed and the recovery requests are repeatedly unsuccessful or unanswered beyond the documented timeframe, the account is treated as unrecoverable under current policies.
