I understand how frustrating this situation must be, especially after spending so much time trying to cancel and still being billed.
First, could you please check which account currently has the active subscription that is being charged? You can review your subscriptions by signing in at:
+For business accounts: https://portal.office.com/account/?ref=Harmony#subscriptions
+For personal accounts: Microsoft account | Subscriptions
1.For business accounts:
- To cancel the subscription, please sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center, then go to Billing > Your products and select the subscription you want to cancel.
- If more than seven days have passed since the subscription started or renewed, you will need to turn off recurring billing instead. This will prevent the subscription from renewing at the end of the current term. You will continue to have access to the products and services until the subscription period ends.
