Processes in Microsoft 365 for setting up Office apps, redeeming product keys, and activating licenses.
Dear @Cudjoe, Lexine,
Thank you for the details and screenshots. I understand the issue (available dates appearing outside your intended range and dates within the range showing as unavailable). Because Bookings availability is calculated from multiple layers (service availability/date ranges + staff working hours/calendar rules + booking page settings), I’ll need a bit more information to narrow down where the mismatch is occurring. Please refer to this document: Configure service availability | Microsoft Learn
Could you please reply with the items below?
- Which Bookings experience are you using?
- Shared Bookings (Bookings app/Teams “Bookings”) or Personal Bookings?
- Where are you testing from and who is testing?
- Public booking link vs internal booking page, and whether the issue affects all customers or only certain users.
- Please list 2–3 dates that show as available outside your range and 2–3 dates that are greyed out inside your range (with the expected time window).
- Service and staff scope
- The service name being booked and whether it is assigned to one staff member or multiple.
- Screenshots of the three key settings pages (no sensitive data needed):
- Bookings > Business information (business hours + time zone) Please refer to this document: Employee working hours - Microsoft Bookings | Microsoft Learn
- Bookings > Services > [service] > Availability & Scheduling policy (showing the date range + lead time settings)
- Bookings > Staff > [staff] > Working hours / availability (and whether calendar events affect availability) How to configure different staff availability | Microsoft Learn
- Any recent changes + timing
- When did this start (before/after a change), and were any updates made to time zone, business hours, staff hours, or service date ranges?
Once I have the above, I can pinpoint whether the availability is being overridden at the service level, staff level, or booking-page level and provide the most direct fix.
