Booking Availability Support

My booking is showing availability for days that are not within my availability range and greyed out dates for dates that are in my availability range. I have no all-day events, my time zone is central, and I do have availability in 30-minute increments. I did not select the "buffer" time option either. I have selected "Bookable when staff are free."

Please advise

Dear @Cudjoe, Lexine,

Thank you for the details and screenshots. I understand the issue (available dates appearing outside your intended range and dates within the range showing as unavailable). Because Bookings availability is calculated from multiple layers (service availability/date ranges + staff working hours/calendar rules + booking page settings), I’ll need a bit more information to narrow down where the mismatch is occurring. Please refer to this document: Configure service availability | Microsoft Learn

Could you please reply with the items below?

  1. Which Bookings experience are you using?
    • Shared Bookings (Bookings app/Teams “Bookings”) or Personal Bookings?
  2. Where are you testing from and who is testing?
    • Public booking link vs internal booking page, and whether the issue affects all customers or only certain users.
  3. Please list 2–3 dates that show as available outside your range and 2–3 dates that are greyed out inside your range (with the expected time window).
  4. Service and staff scope
    • The service name being booked and whether it is assigned to one staff member or multiple.
  5. Screenshots of the three key settings pages (no sensitive data needed):
  6. Any recent changes + timing
    • When did this start (before/after a change), and were any updates made to time zone, business hours, staff hours, or service date ranges?

Once I have the above, I can pinpoint whether the availability is being overridden at the service level, staff level, or booking-page level and provide the most direct fix.
