keep saying service unavailable i have tried different browers and it still doesn't work. it says try again later but it has been hours

I have the same Problem as mentioned above. Concerning the follow up questions:

Are you using Windows or Mac? --> Windows 11
Where did you purchase the product key? --> online
Are you trying to redeem/install it for the first time, or was it already used before? ---> it is a first install and first redeem
Where exactly do you see the “Service Unavailable” message (during download, on setup.office.com, or after clicking Install)? --> after signing into my MS Account, entering the product key an clicking on download, the site is identified as "http://offline.officeapps.live.com/outage.html"
What is the exact product name (e.g., Office 2024 Home, Home & Business, Professional Plus, etc.)? --> MS Office 2024
