    Hi @Gary and Jo Williams

To better understand your situation and provide accurate guidance, may I clarify the following details?

    1. What type of Microsoft 365 account are you using? Is it a Microsoft 365 business tier account or a Microsoft 365 personal tier account?
    2. Could you please check whether the same behavior also occurs when accessing Outlook on the web?
    3. Does the same behavior occur in both Legacy Outlook for Mac and New Outlook for Mac, or is it limited to one version?

If I’ve misunderstood any part of your situation, or if you have further questions or updates, please don’t hesitate to reply.

Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
