- Are you currently able to access your mailbox through webmail? If so, can you send and receive emails successfully there?
- When did this situation start? Did it occur recently, or did it happen immediately after adding the account to Classic Outlook?
- What is the email account type you are using, IMAP or POP?
In the meantime, you may try adding the account manually to Classic Outlook by following the steps in the reference below.
