Send/ receieve not working in outlook classic

unable to send and recieve emails in outlook classic , i am unable to recieve or send any emails in outlook classic wth a third party email please suggest the process and settings to send and recieve from this email .

    To better understand your situation, may I clarify the following? 

    1. Are you currently able to access your mailbox through webmail? If so, can you send and receive emails successfully there? 
    2. When did this situation start? Did it occur recently, or did it happen immediately after adding the account to Classic Outlook? 
    3. What is the email account type you are using, IMAP or POP? 

     

    In the meantime, you may try adding the account manually to Classic Outlook by following the steps in the reference below.
