Commenting issues on MSN articles are handled only by the MSN site and its own moderation and feedback systems, not by Outlook or Microsoft Q&A.
When submitting a comment causes a redirect back to the MSN home page or otherwise fails even though the account appears signed in, the supported action is to report the problem directly to the MSN team using the built‑in feedback mechanism:
- Open any MSN page that has an article with comments.
- Scroll to the bottom of the MSN page.
- Select the Feedback link (usually at the bottom right of the page).
- Describe the issue in detail, including that:
- The account shows as signed in.
- Clicking Submit on a comment sends the browser back to the MSN home screen instead of posting the comment.
- Approximate date/time and browser being used.
- Submit the feedback so the MSN team can investigate on their side.
MSN article comments, restrictions, and sign‑in/commenting glitches cannot be fixed through Outlook.com settings or Microsoft Learn Q&A; only the MSN feedback channel can escalate and correct these issues.
