Account Hacked. Now i can't receive emails. Please remove freeze

My account was hacked. Now I cannot receive emails. I need help. It appears to be frozen.

    Hello. Are you able to access your account now, or is it still locked?

    If you can access your account, check if emails are being moved or deleted by rules:

    1. Go to Outlook on the web
    2. Click the ⚙️ (gear icon) in the top right
    3. Click “View all Outlook settings”
    4. Go to “Mail” → “Rules”

    Now check this:

    1. Look at each rule one by one
    2. If you see anything that moves, deletes, or marks emails as read, turn it OFF
    3. Turn OFF all rules temporarily to test

    Then test:

    1. Send yourself an email from another account
    2. Check if it arrives in your Inbox

    Also check these folders just in case:

    1. Junk Email
    2. Deleted Items

    This will confirm if emails are being redirected instead of actually missing.
