Hello. Are you able to access your account now, or is it still locked?
If you can access your account, check if emails are being moved or deleted by rules:
- Go to Outlook on the web
- Click the ⚙️ (gear icon) in the top right
- Click “View all Outlook settings”
- Go to “Mail” → “Rules”
Now check this:
- Look at each rule one by one
- If you see anything that moves, deletes, or marks emails as read, turn it OFF
- Turn OFF all rules temporarily to test
Then test:
- Send yourself an email from another account
- Check if it arrives in your Inbox
Also check these folders just in case:
- Junk Email
- Deleted Items
This will confirm if emails are being redirected instead of actually missing.
