language on outlook mail

Hi! If this is in Outlook.com, please follow the pictures:

Use the Outlook web interface to change the language back, even if the current language is unreadable, by following the menu positions:

1. Sign in to Outlook on the web/Outlook.com.
2. In the top-right corner, select the gear icon (Settings).
3. In the Settings pane, at the bottom, select the link that opens all settings (it is the only link at the bottom of the pane; click it based on position if you cannot read the text).
4. In the full settings window, in the left column, select the first item under “General” (or the section that has a clock icon if shown). This is Language and time.
5. In the main pane, open the Language (Country/Region) dropdown and choose the desired language (for example, English (United Kingdom) or English (United States)).
6. Select Save (usually at the bottom of the page).

If default folder names (Inbox, Sent Items, etc.) are also in the wrong language, they can be reset via Outlook on the web:

1. Still in Outlook on the web, open Settings → View all Outlook settings.
2. Go to General → Language and time.
3. Change the language to the preferred one.
4. Check the box “Rename default folders so their names match the specified language”.
5. Select Save, then close and reopen Outlook.
