Signature Formatting issues in MacOS

This never used to happen but since the last update, it looks like signature line spacing isn't being kept between the editor and the message reply or new email. It shows correctly when using Outlook on the web.

Any idea why/what has changed to cause this?

    Hi @Sam

May I ask your Outlook Mac version and macOS version? You can check this in Outlook > About Outlook.

Did you download Outlook from App Store or directly from Microsoft web?

I am testing on version 16.108.2 (26042616), and I did not see this behavior.

May I ask how did you create the space? Are you using Enter button to create a line or using Space after paragraph?

I have tested with both scenarios, and the line spacing are still preserved.

Here is what you can try:

    • Recreate your Outlook signature, choose "+" > you can copy and paste the signature. If the issue persists, try the next step.
    • If you got your Outlook app from App Store, uninstall it. Download it via here. You can see there are many versions here, you can consider download the latest one 16.108.2 or if you did not see this unexpected behavior on previous version, download older version instead (16.104.x)

Please try and let me know if it works for you. I look forward for your reply.
