There was an update over the weekend and now I can't get my Outlook email on my phone. I need a code in order to sign back in. To get a code you have to match up 5 pictures or something. I do not understand what these pictures mean or what I'm supposed to do. I'm old, I've had cancer and a stroke and I need my email on my phone. I need help.

    Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

    Are you being prompted to align the angle as shown in the screenshot below?

    If yes, please use the arrows to rotate the image until it is in the correct (upright) orientation

    Match (1)

    Please use the arrows to rotate the image until it matches the correct orientation. In the attached image, the picture is incorrect. Click the arrows to rotate the object little by little until it matches the angle on left side and click submit.

    If this is not what you are seeing, you can check other workarounds below:

    ==============================================================================

    As a workaround, check whether you can sign in to Outlook.com with your Microsoft account without any issues:

    On your Android device, open any web browser in incognito/private browsing mode.

    Go to https://outlook.live.com/ and sign in with your Microsoft account.

    Request the verification code and check if you can sign in successfully.
