As far as I know, Focus Time relies on several background factors beyond the visible settings. This issue might relate to calendar availability issues, work hours or time zone changes, the Focus plan needing a reset.
You could try to:
Open Viva Insights > Settings > Protect time > Focus plan.
Select Leave plan, wait a moment, then re‑enable the Focus plan and confirm your preferences.
Then, you could verify your Outlook work hours and time zone are correct.
Ensure there is available free time on your calendar for upcoming days.
After re‑enabling the plan, Focus Time should begin placing blocks again within the next scheduling cycle.
Please give it a try and let me know if the issue persists after trying the steps above, or if manual Focus Time booking works but automatic scheduling does not.
