Microsoft Teams and Outlook is not launching on my mobile phone

I have recently updated my Google pixel 7a mobile operating system to Android 16, now, I am unable to open these apps on my phone.

I have tried with clearing local cache and system storage, also uninstall and installed latest app available in playstore but still I am facing same issue
