Can't log in to my other Hotmail account, blocked by parental controls

On my other account, [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed]@hotmail.com, I cant log in because of parental controls. The parent in charge of account died a year ago and I have NO access to the account that managed mine. Whenever I go to log in, it requires me to go pass the parental controls etc, which I cant do lol. I know the password to the account but its on my OTHER hotmail: [Moderator Note: Personal Info Removed]@hotmail.com. I really need this account to acess some old accounts that I used this email for. Please help, thank you

    From what you described, the account is likely still being treated as a child account under Family Safety, so parental consent is being requested.

    In that case, the method to remove or change that consent is through the adult Microsoft account that originally granted it. If that adult account is no longer accessible, the available path is to try recovering that adult account first.
