One Drive Licence

Hi, my office account oneDrive licence had expired. I have problem sourcing my main account user to renew the licence which my administrative told me they lost the email that is tagged to my work email. Can someone assist me urgently to help me locate my work email is tagged to which user email for me to renew the license?

    Hi @Jason Peh 

    A OneDrive tied to a work account is part of your organization’s Microsoft 365 tenant. When a license expires, the user account and mailbox remain in the tenant, but OneDrive access is suspended until a valid license is reassigned. 

    If your organization no longer has access to the Microsoft 365 admin account that manages the tenant, there’s no end‑user method to renew or recover the license. The only supported path is to work with Microsoft Support to recover the admin account. They’ll verify domain ownership and restore administrative access so you can reassign licenses and reactivate OneDrive.
