I need help

The edilove.xyz address is configured on the Microsoft account as either a sign‑in alias or a security verification method. It must be removed from the account settings; it cannot be removed from the verification screen itself.

If sign‑in is still possible using the secondary email or another method, do the following:

1. Go to Manage how you sign in to your account: https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?linkid=842796 and sign in with the Microsoft account that owns Minecraft.
2. Under Account aliases / Account username:
   • If the edilove.xyz address appears there and is not the primary alias, select Remove next to it.
   • If it is the primary alias, first choose another alias and select Make primary, then remove the edilove.xyz alias.
3. If the edilove.xyz address is only listed as security info (not as an alias), go to the Security info section of the account and delete that email method, then add the Gmail address as a new method.

Important notes from the documentation:

• Removing an alias that uses a Microsoft-owned domain (like @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @live.com, @msn.com) permanently deletes that alias and it cannot be used on any Microsoft account again.

• The primary alias cannot be removed until another alias is set as primary.

If the edilove.xyz address was added by someone else and the account can no longer be accessed at all (no working sign‑in or verification method), recovery must be attempted using the official account recovery and hacked‑account guidance. If recovery fails, the account and its Minecraft entitlements cannot be restored through other means.
