For Outlook.com or Outlook on the web, change the display language back to English in the Outlook settings and, if needed, in the Microsoft account and Windows/browser settings.

    1. In Outlook.com / Outlook Web App
      • Sign in to Outlook.com.
      • Open Settings (gear icon).
      • Select the option that opens all Outlook settings.
      • Go to the Language section (this may be under General or similar, depending on the layout).
      • In Choose Language, select English from the drop-down list.
      • Save the changes and refresh the page.
    2. Check Microsoft account language (affects some pages)
    3. Check browser and PC language if pages still appear in a foreign language
      • On Windows 10/11, open SettingsTime & languageLanguage & region and set Windows display language to English.
      • In Microsoft Edge, open SettingsLanguages and ensure English is at the top or set as the display language.
