As the creator of a microsoft form, can I add a reply (at the end) to the original form to reply.

I have created a form where someone adds details and a query.
Am I able to look at the submitted form, and then provide an answer on the same for.
So I can send back so they a copy of their original query, and my reply?

Cheers

Microsoft Forms does not support replying on the original submitted form and sending it back as a combined “question + answer” document.

    Supported options from the context:

    • Create and send a form to collect responses from others.
    • View and analyze responses in Forms or export them (for example, to Excel).
    • Share the form or its results with others (for example, via Outlook email, Teams, QR code, URL, or embed code) to collect responses or show results.

However, there is no feature described in the context that allows editing an individual response to append an answer and then sending that modified response back to the respondent as part of the same form.

To provide answers, it is necessary to respond outside the original form (for example, by email) using the information collected from the form responses.
