Important contact repeatedly going to junk mail

I have an important contact whose emails repeatedly go to the junk folder despite my answering "yes" to trust this contact when I move the message to my inbox. When I searched help it told me I could find safe sender settings by going to "settings-mail-junk mail" but there is not "junk mail" under my settings.

    Then share what the source says. Please edit to remove your personal information, such as your email address.

    The source file would provide an idea why it was identified as junk/spam.
