Just to clarify, you are using education account, right? (******@school.edu)
Are you able to log in via https://outlook.cloud.microsoft/mail/? Do you use Microsoft Authenticator (MFA)?
Normally, Outlook for Android will automate the process, you just need to enter the email address, and you will be prompt to authenticate (with your password or MFA, schools will require MFA).
If it asks for server, you can follow the set up below.
