    Hi @Sarah Kern

Based on the information you provided, I understand that you are looking to modify the default reporting thresholds in Viva Glint, specifically the minimum requirements for scores (5), comments (10), and suppression behavior (2).

Here is how you can manage these settings:

-Use this method if you want all future surveys to follow the same configuration by default.

Log in to the Viva Glint Admin Dashboard > Navigate to Configuration > Service Configuration > Advanced Configuration > In the Details section, locate and update the following fields:

    • Confidentiality threshold (Minimum Sample Size): This controls the minimum responses needed for scores and response rates (Default: 5).
    • Comments thresholds: This controls the visibility and searchability of comments (Default: 10).
    • Suppression threshold: This controls the data suppression mechanism (Default: 2).

    Then select Save Changes.

-If you have a specific project that requires higher or lower privacy levels than your global defaults, you can adjust them individually.

Go to Configuration > Service Configuration > Advanced Configuration > Select Surveys and click on the specific survey you wish to edit > Update the thresholds for scores, response rates, or comments as needed > Select Save Changes.

Note: Ensure the survey is currently in Draft status.

There is one critical rule to keep in mind for all survey types: Viva Glint Admins can only adjust reporting thresholds before a survey program launches its first survey. Once the program begins collecting response data, these thresholds become locked and cannot be changed.

    Please refer the following documents:

    I hope this helps!
