Mac 12.7.6 Prevent Onedrive standalone app from automatically updating

I am looking for a solution to prevent automatic updates to ms one drive standalone app in Mac 12.7.6 There is a solution involving disabling the updater by changing the updater in terminal. I also need a solution to the administrative permission to change folder and sudo commands in Apple terminal. This involves a csrutil command. BryanRParkes86 provides solutions in April 2023, but I cannot find the post. Please help.
